THE REFACE WITH LIGHTING
When life events such as kids growing up, pets calming down, or another change of pace come to pass, it’s never a better time to reface your kitchen. This client had just reached one of those points in their journey, and wanted to cover up old scratches and nicks with an all new surface.
From their original honey oak, we replaced all the cabinet faces, doors and laminate with a light grey SuperMatte Thermofoil, which is velvety and soft to the touch. We also replaced the drawer boxes with dovetailed boxes for extra support, gave the doors some new hinges and the drawers some new glides, and completed the cabinets with a new shaker crown molding.
Lastly, we love adding LED lighting to your cabinets and adding additional switches, as we stand fully behind their ability to elegantly add light to a space as well as show off the best features of your china, dishes, or other personal collections you wish to display. We added some LED lighting and a new switch to this kitchen as well!
